I am Sue Murray, a Personal Trainer qualified to Level 3 Advanced REPs status, and also a Nutritional Adviser. I gained my qualifications in 2006 with Premier Training International.
I am qualified to work with “Special Populations”; those people who have or suffer from hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, are classified as obese, pre and post natal, asthma, osteoporosis arthritis and the elderly. At present I am working on achieving the Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor.
As well as being a Personal Trainer, I also teach group fitness programmes including:

Spinning - stationary group cycling which is great fun |

Body Pump - resistance training choreographed to music. |

Legs Bums and Tums - a toning class to target all those problem areas! |
If you and a friend or a group of you want to have fun and exercise together to share the cost I am happy to discuss how this can work BUT please be advised that this is NOT Personal Training.
I am happy to come and meet you to discuss your needs and make sure that you get what you want out of our sessions together. We will work together to discuss what you require from both your exercise plan and your nutrition; believe me a few changes can make all the difference.
