What does Personal Training mean to you? - To me it is a specifically designed program that ensures I understand what you want to achieve, with a planned regime to ensure these needs are met and we work towards your goals.
How does it work? - We have an initial session to discuss your targets and the program you will need to help reach these. We talk about your existing lifestyle and exercise regime, and an in-depth lifestyle and heath evaluation is completed. We discuss how much time you have to exercise, what you do in terms of current exercise, and then how often we need to meet and where.
Where can we train? - We can either train at your home and I will bring all the equipment that we need, or we can meet at the gym and work out there. When the weather is fine there is no reason why we won’t be outside enjoying the sun!
What happens when we train? - The session will vary but typically the programs include:

Warm up/cool down and stretching – this will be done at every session |
